This page explains what personal information we store in Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) when you use CSCS services.

General personal information collected within ISM

Specific personal information collected in this system
ISM asks you to provide information about yourself e.g. who you are, whether you are a CSCS customer/MINTS user.
We gather this information so that we can confirm your identity and for the purpose of providing IT support and services to you in order to fulfil our service supplier relationship with you as a CSCS customer.
Your name, phone number, email address will be shared with anyone within your department or group who is responsible for payment of CSCS services.
Your email address and name will be visible to anyone who uses our online services.
In certain circumstances, any CSCS devices that are linked to you and the IP addresses may be visible to anyone within your department or group who is responsible for payment of CSCS services.
We collect date of birth in order to request University accounts, in line with the University privacy policy.
We will collect data about you from other University systems (e.g. CamSIS, CHRIS).
We will hold data about you as an identified person as long as you use the service, and for up to 6 years after you stop using the service.
