Dell are currently experiencing delays with LCD screens and processors that is delaying some computer orders. However we can continue to purchase laptops, computers, monitors and peripherals for office or home use. CSCS have stock of laptops that are available for quicker delivery.
Biomedical Campus, SLCU and Zoology network services are running normally.
Email & Webmail
Mail flow and webmail are working normally.
Priority AV Support
Priority AV support will be done over the phone and via remote support. Some hardware support can be provided during the week when the rooms are not in use.
CSCS support staff are able to remotely support computers and users as usual. We will do our best to assist home workers using their own equipment as well.
SDHS Citrix and Transfer servers are working normally.
Service Desk Phone Calls
The Service Desk is running under capacity due to staff leave and illness. Our response times may be slower than normal so please ensue you indicate the urgency of any issues reported so we can prioritise them.
