Action Required for all BioMedical Campus, Zoology and SLCU VPN users:

As you should be aware CSCS have been working hard over the last few months to replace our old firewalls with newer and more up-to-date ones. This work is now coming to an end and as part of this we will be closing down our old firewalls (Mercury and Phobos) on the 15th June 2021.

We ask that all users please move to using the new firewalls and update their client settings before this date. To do this a minor update will be required to your VPN client settings to connect to the new service, details on how to change your client settings which can be found on our pages as follows:

For BioMedical Campus users: New BioMedical Campus VPN client settings page.

For Zoology users: New Zoology VPN client settings page.

For SLCU users: New SCLU VPN client settings page.

If your device is using the new CSCS Remote Device Management service your settings will be automatically updated for you.

A reminder email will be sent to all users 1 week in advance of the final closure. If you have queries or notice any connectivity issues with any of our services please contact the CSCS Service Desk.
