If you are leaving your department, you can find out more about what happens to your University Services from the University Computing Service (this includes your @cam address).
Departments are responsible for informing CSCS when an Account or Service is no longer needed.
We need confirmation in writing before billing changes can be made.
When a member of staff leaves, it is worth checking to see what computers they had on our services and whether the associated user should be updated or if the computer needs removing from services as well.
